Every individual that takes part in any event or visits our website takes all responsibility and agrees to hold themselves accountable for not following the Terms & Conditions in this agreement. If you do not wish to follow the “terms and conditions” of this agreement then you may not use this website or this service. These Terms & Conditions will remain in full effect while you use this web site and/or participate in any MatchinaMinute speed dating event.

By participating in our speed dating events, you must be 21 years of age or older and single. You also agree that any information that you give to us is accurate and true. If requested, you must provide proper documentation and proof of your identity.

You assume and accept all responsibility with participating in any of our events. When attending our events you agree that MatchinaMinute is not liable or responsible for any damages or legalities that may occur.

You are fully responsible for your communication with other participants at MatchinaMinute speed dating events and people that you communicate with through Matchinaminute.

MatchinaMinute is in, no way, shape, or form a matchmaking service. We provide a venue for singles to meet and greet one another. We do not make any promises to anyone who wants to use our services or attend our events. You agree not to hold MatchinaMinute responsible for any damages that may occur between you and anyone that you meet through our service. Once you attend an event, and do not make any matches, you are not entitled nor will you be given a refund. If anything were to occur from attending a MatchinaMinute event, you agree to waive any and all liablilty against us in regards to meetings/dates that may occur in or outside of our speed dating event. All in all, if you were to suffer any type of injury or damage due to attending any of our events, you agree to release MatchinaMinute and its associates of all liabilities.

MatchinaMinute does not conduct any background checks prior to any events. We cannot ensure that any information given to us by participants is accurate or true. You are using this speed dating service at your own risk. Please use complete caution and use proper judgement when interacting with any participants.

When attending MatchinaMinute speed dating events, you are never allowed to ask for someone's contact information directly. You are not allowed to make any sexual, vulgar, or inappropriate comments. You are not allowed to ask any sexual, vulgar, or inappropriate questions. You are not allowed to touch anyone in an improper manner or follow someone to their final destination once the speed dating event has ended. You are not allowed to hang around outside the venue after the event if the venue owner, manager, or host has asked you to leave. You must immediately vacate the premises if for any reason asked to do so. We reserve the right to reject any participant or any reservation to our event at any time. We also reserve the right to remove anyone from our events that display unacceptable behavior.

It is your duty to look after your belongings and possessions during and after our speed dating event. We are not liable for any lost or stolen property or any property you may have left behind at any of our events. You agree not to hold MatchinaMinute and any of its associates liable for any property that may have been lost or stolen at our event.

If an event is canceled you will be notified immediately by MatchinaMinute staff and refunded the ticketed price for the event. If an event is re-scheduled, you agree to attend the newly scheduled event. If an event is moved to another location, you agree to attend the event at the new location. If you cannot attend due to a rescheduling or change of venue, you are obligated to give notice to MatchinaMinute immediately. You will then be given credit towards another event at any other time. A refund will not be issued.

All participants of MatchinaMinute events also permanently authorize MatchinaMinute and its representatives, to use in any manner, all still photographs and audio/video recordings in which such participants appear, make any comments, announcements or testimonials, while attending a MatchinaMinute event. Each participant gives MatchinaMinute permission to use all photographs, without limitation, for marketing and advertising purposes.

No participants shall be allowed or given any monetary reward in association with the use and development of any photographs or audio/video recordings that is featured on matchinaminute.com.

This web site provides links to other web sites. These links are provided to you as a convenience and not as an endorsement by MatchinaMinute of such other web sites. MatchinaMinute is not linked to any of those other sites and is not responsible or liable for any occurrences relating to such other sites, or for any direct or indirect damage caused or alleged to be caused by or in association with those other web sites.
